The Remington F7800 is top of Remington’s X-Series range of electric shavers. It features triple shave technology and the Flex and Pivot X-System for a really smooth shave. The innovative Intercept System works with the two independent foils to pre-trim longer hair, which reduces shaving times and increases smoothness.
A multi-directional pivoting neck freely adjusts to the individual angles and contours of your face and neck to maintain permanent contact with your skin. This results in a very comfortable and close shave. The shaver also includes a pop-up titanium coated trimmer for taking care of your sideburns, moustache or beard.
The F7800 is rechargeable, and comes with its very own charging stand. A full charge takes 2 hours, and provides an impressive 60 minutes of shaving time. The high-tech digital battery level indicator shows exactly how much power is left, and if you do run out of juice a 5 minute charge will give enough power for a single shave.
Although not waterproof, the shaving head is washable for easy cleaning. Just make sure the shaver is completely dry before using or charging.

Remington F7800 Review
The Remington F7800 electric shaver feels solid to hold, and comfortable to use although the pop-up trimmer is fairly fragile and it is a little noisy compared to some other shavers.
The battery life is very good, with a full charge (which takes 2 hours) giving an hour of shaving time. This compares very well with other electric shavers at any price level. If you don’t want to use the supplied charging stand, you can plug the lead directly into the shaver. However it isn’t possible to use when plugged into the mains, unlike some other shavers such as the Braun Series 3 350s-4.
The F7800 has a digital display which shows the number of minutes of shaving time remaining. This is a great feature, and more useful than a simple LED light.
A good, solid shaver with a useful digital display at a sensible price.
